Preparing Monique for the Stage

July 25, 2011

On July 28, the Richmond Triangle Players, a theater company that “embrace[s] a wide audience with a focus on works relevant to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities,” will show “All’s Well That Ends With Monique,” which is co-produced with playwrights Amy Berlin and Ann Bucci and director Donna E. Coghill. “Monique” tells the story of Monique, a 45-year-old still-aspiring actor who loses both her theater internship and her trust fund as she presses onward to fame and fortune. Watch the Soundslides show below to meet the cast and watch them practice at a July 23 rehearsal.
